Worship

Sunday Mornings (10:00am) we gather as a church to worship God. That is our primary focus and purpose during our weekly service.

Our worship gathering is formed by the scriptures and involves the Word, singing, praying, and giving thanks.

We sing to God because he is worthy of our praise. Our songs are an eclectic mix, but all are Christ-focused.

We pray to God with hopeful assurance that He listens and answers.

We listen to God speak through His Word both read and preached. Our desire is that our worship would be Bible-saturated. We read the Bible through-out the service and preach expositionally from the Bible. Our sermons last about 40 minutes and are driven by the Gospel, the Bible’s main message of God saving sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We respond to God with thanksgiving for His grace.

Our worship is a response to the Gospel, and as such is authentic, simple, and full of grace and truth.
